CUSTOMER CALLBACKS

Mistral 2000 helps you also to keep in touch with your customers / contacts. With its callback feature, it allows you to keep track of your calls. You can even use the auto-create callback which can automatically create up to 3 callbacks after a job has been saved (ex: one 4 days after to see if the customer is satisfied and one 6 months later to call him back for another service.
