can run off the same Database. It allows us to organize our business

"It
has been one year since we purchased Mistral 2000.! Thanks for helping
us convert our 3000 customer data base into Mistral making it work
perfectly from the get-go. Having tried a couple of other programs
on the market, I was really getting discouraged before we found
Mistral 2000. I am no computer guru, and I want to thank you for
all of the help and suggestions along the way. For your information,
I really like Mistral 2000 for the following reasons:
1)
Mistral 2000 is not doctored up to make it work for carpet cleaners.
One of the other programs we tried had been cobbled up from a program
that was to be used in some other industry. It shows in the fields
to be used and added to the confusion of the owner's manual.
2)
The cost was right. I don't expect to get something for nothing.
What we did get was a product that more than met our expectations.
The pay as you go program really helped our budget. Mistral was
not the most expensive, nor was it the least expensive we looked
at and tried. Prior to Mistral 2000, all we had was a very basic
data base program that had been in use since 1994 on a Macintosh
computer.
3)
It is very user friendly. Even though we have limited computer experience,
this software program has been easy to use. Having tried the other
programs, I really liked the bigger open fields for information,
making it really easy to find information and plug in data in the
right spot.
4)
I like the owner's manual. Lays flat on the desk and is easy to
read and understand. One of the other programs we tried had a manual
with type that was reduced in size, which made for very difficult
reading.
5)
The reports which Mistral 2000 provides us with, has more than paid
for the program. It has allowed us, for instance to better track
our protector sales.....Giving us the incentive to sell more and
allowing us to make more profit. It also has saved us many hours.
The state sales tax report we generate once a month used to take
me manually at least four hours or more to compile.
6)
Best of all is the professional service you provide when we have
a question. You are always at the other end of your 800 line. A
big plus. Like I said before I am no computer guru. One of the other
programs we tried had an 800 line also, but their Tech support ended
at 5PM our time. Made it really difficult and frustrating as sometime
I don't get in till after 6PM. I really appreciate those times you
have helped me on the phone (like the time my computer crashed and
you returned my call at 9PM to help me get every thing back up and
running). I like the simple back up's, nothing complicated, even
though we have never had to use them. We really haven't scratched
the surface yet on the full potential of Mistral 2000 yet, but as
our business grows, I am sure you and Mistral 2000 will be there
to help us along! "

"The
owner of our company wanted to purchase a program that specialized
in carpet cleaning. After demonstrating many different programs
of varying costs, the owner decided on Mistral 2000.
Since I am the office manager and the person who uses the program
daily, I was somewhat reluctant to change programs. I've been using
it for over a year now. I found Mistral 2000 to have many features
I enjoy tremendously. I especially like the ability to make changes
to invoices even after being saved. (Who hasn't made mistakes?)
The color coded schedule for technicians makes reading the schedule
a snap. Having bifocals, I find the screens easy to read. And the
manual was easy to follow, understand and implement.
There
is a 2 hour time difference between Mike and me. No matter what
time I call, I am not put on "forever" hold like many of the other
technical support I have. Mike always answers the phone. He is very
pleasant and helpful in resolving any problems or answering any
questions I have. I know I will always get great service when I
call.
